30-Day program

Well done for making the choice for the 30-day program. This health program is designed to trigger a health response in your body. I have used this program since 2008 to help people with a wide range of ailments. Because I view disease solely as toxins trying to come out of the body, as a result, I designed this cost-effective 30-Day program to support nature in the process of healing.

 

This program is not complicated it only requires dedication on your part. There are 2 options for this program to cater for those who may find it difficult.

It is highly important to understand some key aspects of the 30-Day program because what you are doing is a key part of your success so please read all of this to fortify your mind for this health journey.

 

What is Disease?

Disease is defined by most naturopaths, including myself, as waste or toxins trying to exit the body. Take a look at these symptoms as they are a good indicator that toxins are weakening the immune system:

  • Diabetes
  • Asthma
  • Candida
  • Arthritis
  • Fibroids
  • Hormone imbalance
  • Obesity or weight gain
  • Headaches
  • Eczema
  • Constipation
  • High blood pressure
  • Fatigue

These symptoms all signal that waste is not exiting the body fast enough. You will be able to rid the excess waste quite effectively with this program. It’s important to note that people generally lose about 1 stone (14lbs) on the 30-day program.

The 30-Day Program

I’ll keep his really simple so you can do it by memory.

Days 1 & 2

You will be fasting on water alone.

It may sound impossible or crazy but, don’t worry as many people for thousands of years know this is one of the best practices for health.

For the fast you will need to prepare for this mentally and spiritually. You can prepare for this a few days in advance by eating less until the program starts. You will signal to your body that it needs to detoxify and it will do this effectively.

 

Days 3 & 4 

You will juice for the next 2 days.

This is an addition to the power of fasting by cleansing and supplying nourishment to the body.

You can use any green vegetable or grass powder but it’s always preferred to use fresh vegetable and or fruit juices. Do not use very sweet fruits like sweet apples as we want to reduce the sugar intake.

Drink about 1.5 litres of juice and the rest is water.

Do not use drinks from concentrate. Use only Pressed or squeezed juices.

You may also use organic boxed juice or powdered greens such as Wheatgrass or Barleygrass, which are less expensive but, also effective.

Note: Vigorous exercise is discouraged for the first 2 weeks of this program.

 

Days 5 to 30

Simply follow these 5 rules as a guide:

Take a mixture of Psyllium Husk and Bentonite or Green Clay first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Wait at least 15 minutes before you eat anything as you will struggle to eat beforehand.

The Psyllium will swell and fill you up. The concoction will neutralize toxins in the gut; this is the next stage of the detoxification process and must be done daily without fail.

Follow these 6 rules throughout the rest of the program:

  1. Do not eat between meals. There is no such thing as a healthy snack.
  2. Do not eat later than 4 hours before bedtime.
  3. Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water daily, this includes fresh juices.
  4. Eat a minimum of 50% raw. Preferably you should eat the raw first.
  5. Do not drink and eat at the same time (drink 30 mins before and 2 hours after a meal.
  6. Do not consume dairy milk, cheese or any flesh foods.

Preparation is a highly important and key element to this program. If you fail to prepare then you prepare to fail.

What to expect:

We will all respond differently to this program as we are all different, however, by day 4 you can definitely expect increased energy and throughout the remainder of the program.

Some may find the fasting period particularly difficult. My advice is to prepare for the fast as the fasting period is where you will develop most of your strength for the program. For diabetic, pregnant or breastfeeding women, please contact me before doing this program.

Daily Ingredients:

1 Lemon
3 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Psyllium Husk
1 tsp Bentonite Clay

Blend the garlic and squeezed lemon juice, then mix all ingredients in a glass of warm water and mix immediately.

You then need to drink as fast and safely as you can. If you are unable to drink it then take them all separately but, you must have them first thing in the morning before breakfast.

Program summary

Days 1-2:
Water fast

Days 3-4:
Juice fast

Days 5-30:
